Field Service Technician (Entry Level) - Nashville / Murfreesboro / Spring Hill, TN

Location: Nashville Sales Office; candidate must live in the specified city and work onsite at customer locations in the Nashville, Murfreesboro, or Spring Hill area.

Salary: $23.75–$26.71 per hour.

What you will do

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other commercial foodservice or laundry equipment.
• Work independently across customer accounts to deliver service and support customer retention.
• Use root cause analysis to diagnose electronic, plumbing, maintenance, and mechanical issues.
• Travel between urban, rural, and expressway customer locations, spending approximately 30% of the workday driving.
• Perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, and working in warehouse conditions.
• Provide on-call coverage, including occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.

Requirements

• Must live in the specified city and be eligible to work onsite at customer locations.
• Basic understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment using root cause analysis.
• Working knowledge of tools, service equipment, and service requirements.
• Proficiency with laptops, mobile phones, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Valid driver’s license required; occasional overnight travel is required.
