AI Product Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates near an HPE office may be required to work a hybrid schedule. The role is designed as onsite with an expectation of primarily working from an HPE office.

Annual base salary: USD 136,500–276,500 in California; USD 120,500–276,500 in Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmap for platform products.
• Define value propositions, target customer segments, business cases, and portfolio priorities.
• Translate market requirements and customer knowledge into clear product requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on platform and portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and exit.
• Coordinate value chain partners to drive delivery, adoption, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding of the relevant industry, including networking support.
• Experience developing product strategy and applying AI-driven capabilities to lead teams and achieve results.
• Strong business acumen and experience using data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights for root cause analysis and proactive improvement.
• Ability to build cost-efficient solutions, create financial performance metrics, and translate AI and cloud-based solutions into product guidance.
