Solution Deployment Project Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex solution deployments, from internal scoping through post-implementation stabilization.
• Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Client Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, dependencies, resources, scope, and success measures.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate issues, and drive resolution to protect project outcomes.
• Act as the central coordination point for stakeholders and leadership, providing structured updates and clarifying ownership.
• Capture deployment learnings to improve tools, processes, and implementation efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in solution deployment, IT implementations, or enterprise software rollouts.
• Track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies, system integration, or release management best practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as Google Suite, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, analytical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
