Bids and Partnerships Manager

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end responses to national, regional, and local public-sector healthcare tenders.
• Identify opportunities, manage bid/no-bid decisions, coordinate planning and documentation, and submit compliant proposals.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to tailor bids to client requirements.
• Develop partnerships with NHS Integrated Care Systems, Trusts, Health Boards, and other healthcare organisations.
• Prepare presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and outreach campaigns for prospective clients.
• Track bid and business development performance and improve reusable content, templates, and marketing materials.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bid writer within the UK public healthcare sector.
• In-depth understanding of NHS, local authority, and healthcare commissioning procurement processes.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
• Technical capability and mature, appropriate use of AI for tender responses; Google Suite experience is beneficial.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
