Technical Recruiter (Hardware & Engineering)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Hardware and Engineering teams across R&D, Production, and Industrialization.
• Build sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for electronics, mechanical, embedded systems, FPGA, testing, and industrialization roles.
• Source and engage technical candidates from defense, aerospace, robotics, electronics, and other advanced hardware industries.
• Partner with Engineering, R&D, and Production leaders to define requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage outreach, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and the overall candidate experience.
• Track recruitment KPIs, improve hiring processes, and strengthen the employer brand within the hardware engineering community.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, combining agency, executive search, or in-house experience.
• Experience recruiting hardware and engineering talent, ideally in defense, aerospace, robotics, electronics, or advanced hardware.
• Strong hands-on sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, and passive-candidate engagement skills.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment and the ability to work autonomously with evolving priorities.
• Data-driven approach with the ability to use recruitment metrics to improve hiring performance.
• Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
