Salary: $153,000–$284,000 in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C., Denver, or NYC areas; $133,000–$247,000 in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage a team of full-stack application developers working in the Palantir Foundry platform.
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance, review solution designs, mentor developers, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to application development.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of user-facing applications, workflows, dashboards, APIs, data pipelines, and ontology-driven solutions.
• Establish application architecture, coding practices, development standards, security controls, and operational procedures.
• Partner with business, product, data, platform, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions for workflow optimization, automation, and enterprise decision support.
• Manage staffing, performance, hiring, career development, delivery priorities, technical risks, and communication with executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 9 years of relevant experience, graduate degree and at least 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience leading software or application development teams and managing cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture, APIs, backend services, data integration, ETL, data modeling, and cloud or relational data platforms.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, including Workshop, UI Components, Ontology Views, Code Repositories, workflow automation, and ontology-driven application logic.
• U.S. citizenship may be required for positions involving security clearances; background investigations and classified-information eligibility may apply.

Nice to have

• Experience with React-style component patterns, responsive interface design, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle EBS, Costpoint, REST APIs, or modern analytics architectures.
• Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Palantir AIP, or Snowflake Cortex.
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, software development lifecycle, testing, release management, and production support.
