Network Security Engineer

Location: London Area, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Design and operate high-performance, resilient network security infrastructure.
• Support highly technical research and technology operations in a global environment.
• Implement enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls, web proxies, traffic inspection, and F5 technologies.
• Work with Security Architecture and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable environments.
• Contribute to security architecture, infrastructure improvements, and the wider network security roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and operating enterprise network security infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls, web proxies, traffic inspection, and F5 technologies.
• Deep understanding of packet inspection, TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, and modern network security principles.
• Experience with NIST or CIS security frameworks, automation or scripting, and Privileged Access Management.
• Availability to work in a hybrid setup in London, United Kingdom.
