Associate Platform Professional Services Consultant (Falcon Next-Gen SIEM)

Location: United Kingdom — Remote; occasional travel may be required (less than 25%).

What you will do

• Deliver integration and professional services for customers across industries.
• Advise customers on log management, next-generation SIEM, XDR, and SOAR capabilities.
• Demonstrate Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and develop technical roadmaps for customer environments.
• Configure data onboarding, parsing, searches, dashboards, alerts, policies, and integrations.
• Transfer deployment knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Share customer requirements and feedback with product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with log management or SIEM solutions and SOAR platforms in security operations, professional services, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of log analysis, data onboarding, parsing, search development, dashboards, and alert review.
• 3+ years of knowledge of AWS, GCP, and Azure, including policy configuration and application integrations.
• Knowledge of directory services, authentication, networking, data storage, and endpoint security.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, YAML, REST API, Go, Cribl, or Postman for configuration, automation, and integrations.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills, problem-solving ability, customer focus, and experience using AI technologies.

Nice to have

• Technical scoping and requirements-gathering experience with pre-sales and post-sales teams.
• Recent information security certifications from organizations such as SANS, ISC2, Amazon, Microsoft, or Google.
• At least six months of recent SOC experience analyzing and triaging security incidents.
• Applied integration experience with generative AI platforms.
