People Business Partner (Engineering, Product & Operations)

Location: Remote, with employment options in Lithuania or Spain; offices available in Vilnius, Kaunas, and Barcelona.

Salary: Lithuania €53,700–€70,500 gross/year; Spain €56,800–€74,600 gross/year.

What you will do

• Partner with the CTO, VPs, and People Leaders across Engineering, Product, and Operations to align people strategy with the product roadmap.
• Provide HR guidance and lead workforce planning, restructuring, and global organizational design initiatives.
• Manage performance processes, calibration, talent development, and future-leader identification.
• Analyze people metrics and CultureAmp engagement data to support executive decisions and improve retention and morale.
• Guide managers through employee relations cases, organizational change, and complex people situations.
• Partner with People Operations and Legal on payroll, benefits, compliance, onboarding, contract changes, exits, and remote-first workflows managed through Deel.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Engineering and Product teams.
• Experience managing remote or global teams and understanding international labor standards.
• Experience coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and leadership.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence, professional ethics, pragmatism, and the ability to influence senior leaders.
