Lead, People Partnering

Location: Helsinki office, at least 3 days per week; the rest is flexible

hirify.global is a technology company developing digital products and technology solutions, with a growing software product business alongside its consulting-led core.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of four People Partners and define a consistent standard for business partnering.
• Build the people model and playbook for hirify.global’s software product business, initially focused on defence and security products.
• Create portfolio people plans covering capability, workforce shape, leadership bench, and business risks.
• Advise on organisation design, workforce planning, roles, talent mix, restructuring, and acquisition-related change.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, leadership quality initiatives, and complex employment relations cases.
• Use people insights, data, and AI-generated people packs to support better business decisions.

Requirements

• Approximately 12 or more years of HR experience, including significant senior HR business partnering experience and leadership of a People Partner team.
• Experience leading HR in a growing software or technology product company and understanding how product organisations are built, paid, and led.
• Strong experience in organisation design and workforce planning through growth, restructuring, or acquisition.
• Knowledge of Finnish employment law and co-determination, with experience handling complex employment relations cases.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders, commercial understanding of product and consulting businesses, and confidence using data and AI tools in people decisions.
• Fluent working English required; Finnish is a strong advantage. Security clearance from the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (Supo) is required.

• Experience with consulting economics, including utilisation and client relationships.
• Finnish language skills.
