Hardware Engineering Graduate (Radar)

Location: Fareham, United Kingdom. The two-year graduate programme includes four six-month rotations at hirify.global's main campus in Fareham.

What you will do

• Gain hands-on experience across hirify.global's Sensor Systems Radar business.
• Work with advanced 3D Radar technology and real engineering systems.
• Complete four six-month rotations across core engineering disciplines.
• Build professional networks through managers, graduate mentors, and colleagues.
• Participate in technical and soft-skills learning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering discipline with a minimum grade of 2:2.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Successful candidates must complete workforce screening, security checks, working-rights verification, and a security interview.
