Finance Automation & Payments Specialist (AI)

Location: Hybrid, Warsaw, Poland; working from the Warsaw office 3 days a week is required

What you will do

• Analyse, map, and continuously improve accounting processes, financial data flows, and operational workflows.
• Design and implement finance automations using AI tools and API integrations in cooperation with the Technology Team.
• Support the 2027 ERP rollout by defining target processes, business requirements, system boundaries, UAT activities, and vendor coordination.
• Manage day-to-day operations with the payment service provider and monitor payment performance, authorisation rates, methods, markets, and currencies.
• Handle KYC/UBO, PCI DSS, chargebacks, disputes, transaction-related cases, access management, and reporting.
• Support future payment integrations and help the Accounting team apply AI tools in daily work.

Requirements

• Understanding of finance and accounting processes, including reconciliations, cash flows, and reporting.
• Familiarity with banking systems and fintech companies.
• Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations, sufficient to define requirements.
• Practical, demonstrable knowledge of AI tools and the ability to build automations around them.
• Fluent Polish at C1 level or higher and English at B2 level or higher.
• Availability to work from the Warsaw office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP implementation or migration.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge, particularly Power Query.
• Familiarity with payment providers and methods such as Adyen, Nuvei, PayPal, Klarna, BLIK, and Bizum.
• Awareness of PSD2/SCA, PCI DSS, and KYC requirements.
