What you will do
- Support English- and German-speaking customers with credit and collections activities.
- Analyze customer portfolios, financial information, payment trends, and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist with customer contact and collection activities.
- Support credit-limit reviews and sales-order credit releases.
- Provide daily operational support to the O2C Credit & Collections team and ensure activities are completed accurately and in compliance with established procedures.
Requirements
- Fluent German and good command of English.
- Student status or recent graduation in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to follow established processes.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, or a related area.
- Basic knowledge of O2C, Credit & Collections, or Accounts Receivable processes.
- Experience in an international or shared-services environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system and good Excel skills.
