PM A400M AMSL Scope of Supply (A400M Simulators)

Location: Getafe Area, Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model when possible; short, regular business trips are required approximately once a month.

What you will do

• Lead simulator projects end to end from the initial sales phase through design, validation, customer acceptance, and final delivery.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, work breakdown structures, time, cost, resources, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate aircraft manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and end clients.
• Control contractual data, configuration changes, stakeholder requirements, and change management.
• Direct technical decisions covering simulator development, architecture, implementation, and subcomponents.
• Manage risks and opportunities, milestones, phase reviews, performance reporting, and project management tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the simulator industry or complex aerospace programs; 10+ years is preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end project management, contract control, supplier management, risk management, and technical decision-making in simulator systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, initiative, and complex stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English at minimum C1 level is required for international contract management and daily stakeholder interaction.
• Availability to work in the Getafe area and undertake regular business travel is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with the A400M program.
• Experience in specialised military or civil simulation environments.
• Immediate availability.
