Project Manager (Data Centre Construction)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale data centre construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, project information flow, progress, quality, and safety issues.
• Coordinate handover planning, documentation, snagging activities, schedules, and partner engagement.
• Act as a visible leader onsite and promote safe work practices.
• Lead project meetings, collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors, and communicate project impacts.
• Identify issues proactively, improve project processes, and review proposed variations and delays.

Requirements

• Project management experience.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or willingness to pursue one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
