What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for client custody-related queries and manage their resolution.
• Maintain and enhance client service while identifying and resolving service-delivery root causes.
• Communicate proactively with investment manager contacts and participate in service reviews.
• Build relationships with internal partners and maintain client data and standing instructions.
• Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions, funding requirements, and ASL situations.
• Follow risk policies and operational best-practice requirements.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to facilitate discussions, make decisions, and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple daily client deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the risks associated with the role.
• Applicants must already have the right to work in Ireland; employment permit sponsorship is not available.
