Middle Office Analyst/Associate (Fixed Income)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; on-site role

What you will do

• Process OTC and non-OTC bond, FX, derivatives, repo, and swap trades.
• Monitor the proprietary trade capture system for accurate and complete tickets.
• Confirm trades with brokers, including trades executed in the London office.
• Support the trade floor by preparing daily and ad hoc trade-flow reports.
• Act as the escalation contact for settlement issues, coordinating with State Street, brokers, Investment Operations, Compliance, and Portfolio Managers.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the Dublin and Newport Beach offices while working rotating weekly shifts.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar middle-office role within asset management or investment banking.
• Strong trade-flow management, settlement, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and Bloomberg.
• Availability for rotating shifts from 8:00 a.m. to close, including later hours when required.
• Degree-level education or equivalent is advantageous.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
• SQL and programming skills.
