Finance Graduate (42 month Fixed Term Contract)

Location: Cork, Ireland; the role includes global travel to hirify.global sites.

What you will do

• Perform transactional internal control testing to evaluate the control environment.
• Work with Internal Controls Managers to maintain documentation supporting completed testing.
• Communicate testing progress and results to relevant stakeholders.
• Use the internal control framework to improve documentation requests and testing design.
• Build relationships with business teams and assist with ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Travel globally to conduct walkthroughs at hirify.global sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or BS degree in finance, accounting, or an equivalent field.
• Interest in learning the Internal Controls function through transactional testing.
• Desire to develop a finance career and pursue ACA certification with Chartered Accountants Ireland.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge the status quo and work comfortably in a changing environment.
• Ambition and motivation to succeed in a dynamic multinational environment.
