Credit Risk Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Dublin office three days a week; occasional travel to the London head office is required.

Salary: €93,500–€114,000 per year, plus performance-linked incentive awards and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for consumer lending products in Ireland and across the EU.
• Lead analysts responsible for credit and pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain NPV models and affordability strategies supporting underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, risk, control, and Decision Science teams to deliver new products and customer journeys.
• Monitor and report monthly Borrowing performance to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Build credit capabilities, infrastructure, and analytical talent to support safe business growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in unsecured lending in Ireland.
• Deep understanding of lending economics, underwriting strategies, and credit model development and deployment.
• Experience developing and maintaining NPV models.
• Strong analytical, data, and technical coding skills; SQL, Python, and Looker experience is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations applicable in Ireland.
• Experience in project management, cross-functional coordination, and communicating complex decisions to senior leadership.
