Junior Associate Director, Client Delivery (Private Equity)

What you will do

• Support a portfolio of private equity fund clients and deliver accurate financial information on schedule.
• Prepare fund accounting reports, NAVs, financial statements, and other client deliverables.
• Review fund transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Coordinate with investment managers, auditors, brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational matters.
• Support year-end audits, respond to client queries, and monitor deliverables against deadlines.
• Identify process improvements, support projects, and ensure fees are invoiced and collected on time.

Requirements

• Degree or post-secondary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, investment management, public accounting, or auditing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.

Nice to have

• Current or planned progress toward ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
