What you will do

• Support Operations Management and the offshore site team with daily operational and project management activities.
• Prepare reports, assessments, statistics, and analyses to support project management and improve documentation processes.
• Track the Annual Maintenance Campaign and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Coordinate crew changes, collect onboarding documents, and maintain personnel transition records.
• Analyze offshore safety training and certificate requirements, identify compliance gaps, and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Create work orders, request quotations, order tools and spare parts, and conduct independent analyses and improvement projects.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in Business Administration, Renewable Energy, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field; proof of enrollment is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP skills are preferred.
• Analytical, accurate, conscientious, and team-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Availability for 20 hours per week, ideally for at least six months.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in analytics, management support, project management, business planning, or consulting.
• Knowledge of SAP.
