Working Student (d/f/m) Final Assembly Line A320 Family - in Management Support (AI)

Location: Hamburg Finkenwerder, Germany; work is performed at the hirify.global production site

Salary: At least €18.53 per hour, plus special payments such as vacation pay.

hirify.global Operations supports civil aircraft production through the A320 Family Final Assembly Line in Hamburg.

What you will do

• Support the FAL management team and collaborate with the Executive Assistant to the Head of FAL.
• Drive and contribute to improvement initiatives across final assembly operations.
• Prepare strategic management presentations and contribute to project-driven and operational meetings.
• Conduct lead-time, KPI, and other operational data analyses.
• Support the organization of future FAL processes, organizational charts, roles, and responsibilities.

Requirements

• Full-time enrollment at a university or higher education institution in industrial engineering, aerospace, data analytics, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to clean, manipulate, and interpret operational data to identify process bottlenecks and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience applying AI productivity tools to production workflows and coding light automations.
• Strong interest in project management and industrial processes, with practical orientation and good communication skills.
• Fluent German and English.

Nice to have

• Practical experience in production or the aeronautic industry.
