Board Design Engineer for Customer Engineer Team (Automotive)

What you will do

• Review digital board schematics, high-speed interfaces, power designs, multilayer PCB layouts, SI/PI simulation reports, and mechanical and thermal designs.
• Review validation activities and automotive qualification tests, including DV/PV testing.
• Execute board bring-up and maintain related technical documentation.
• Lead internal, cross-functional, and customer-facing debugging activities through resolution.
• Participate in customer conference calls, support software interfaces, and guide test procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong system-level understanding and hands-on board debugging experience.
• Experience with board design tools and laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• High level of English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital hardware board design.
• Good understanding of SI/PI in multilayer PCB design.
• Experience in customer engineering.
• Experience using AI tools to improve work processes.
