Privacy Analyst

hirify.global provides a long-term B2B consulting engagement supporting privacy compliance in an international financial services environment.

What you will do

• Support privacy reviews for new business, technology, product, and implementation projects.
• Prepare and review Privacy Impact Assessments and Data Protection Impact Assessments.
• Identify privacy risks and support remediation activities with project teams.
• Maintain privacy documentation, data inventories, retention processes, notices, and cookie compliance activities.
• Prepare privacy compliance reports and dashboards and track Privacy Office metrics.
• Provide guidance and training while collaborating with legal, compliance, IT, business teams, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

• Commercial experience in data privacy, privacy compliance, or data protection.
• Good understanding of GDPR, data protection principles, data processing, and personal data protection.
• Experience preparing or reviewing PIAs and DPIAs and assessing privacy risks in technology projects.
• Experience working with IT, product, business, legal, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Strong professional English required.

Nice to have

• Financial services, payments, or international organisation experience.
• Privacy by Design, data mapping, data inventories, RoPA, data retention, cookie compliance, or consent management experience.
• Experience with privacy management platforms such as OneTrust.
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or a similar privacy certification.
