Product Manager (AI Transformation)

hirify.global is building an AI Transformation function to improve how the organization operates through AI, automation, data, and software.

What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Product.
• Analyze workflows, user pain points, bottlenecks, manual processes, and business decisions.
• Redesign workflows around AI and rapidly prototype solutions using LLMs, agents, APIs, automation platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Work with Engineering, Data, business stakeholders, and leadership to turn prototypes into scalable products and systems.
• Run user pilots, define success metrics, and measure productivity, automation, conversion, quality, cost savings, and revenue impact.
• Drive adoption and organizational change while evaluating whether to build, buy, integrate, or automate.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably building 0→1 products in AI, automation, B2B SaaS, or technically complex environments.
• Strong product discovery, product sense, business process analysis, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on use of modern AI tools and a strong understanding of LLM-based products, agents, APIs, automation, data, and AI capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to prototype independently with AI-assisted development tools and discuss architecture and technical tradeoffs with engineers.
• Strong business orientation with the ability to evaluate ROI and measurable outcomes in ambiguous situations.
