Manager, Product Management (Cybersecurity) (Cloud Identity Security): Leading the strategy and roadmap for Idira Secure Cloud Access, focused on just-in-time cloud privileges, session management, and auditable access across AWS, Azure, and GCP with an accent on zero-standing privilege and frictionless enterprise security. Focus on managing and developing four Product Managers, aligning Engineering and Security Research, and building session recording, replay, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting capabilities.
Location: Petach Tikva, Israel; full-time office work is the standard model

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of four Product Managers, providing strategic direction, coaching, and prioritization guidance.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for just-in-time access to cloud consoles and resources.
- Define approaches for eliminating permanent cloud permissions and implementing zero-standing privilege at enterprise scale.
- Own cloud session management capabilities, including recording, replay, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.
- Align Product Management with Engineering, Security Research, and peer Product Managers across Idira.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience managing Product Managers or closely related technical product roles.
- Hands-on cybersecurity experience, preferably in identity security.
- Experience with cloud provider IAM, role-based access controls, or just-in-time and just-enough-access frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Kubernetes and SaaS applications.
- Ability to coach teams, create clarity, align cross-functional partners, and balance strategic direction with tactical execution.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, or GCP IAM.
- Familiarity with session recording, behavioral analytics, or compliance audits involving SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
- Experience bringing technically complex security controls to market with field teams, customers, or partners.
