Head of Product (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania

Compensation: from €8,500 per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Lead the evolution of hirify.global Agent and define its product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own the product’s business results and P&L while aligning product strategy with company goals.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business needs, market trends, and AI developments.
• Represent customer needs and work with marketing, customer success, and other teams to improve satisfaction.
• Build, lead, hire, evaluate, and mentor a team of product professionals.

Requirements

• Experience building consumer or small-business products from ideation through market success.
• Strong technical background and continuously developing knowledge of AI.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience driving business growth through product innovation, customer-centricity, and product discovery.
• Experience building and leading highly skilled teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
