AI Platform Product Manager (Generative AI)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office

Base pay: €3,100–€3,700 gross per month, excluding potential bonuses, commissions, and equity.

hirify.global operates financial market infrastructure and is developing an enterprise AI and agent platform for internal teams and users.

What you will do

• Define the product roadmap and communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Gather and prioritize feature requests, translating business and user needs into requirements, user stories, and product decisions.
• Own platform features through discovery, design, development, testing, launch, rollout, production support, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, leadership, and end users to clarify scope, resolve ambiguity, and coordinate product launches.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance and user feedback, and validate solutions with users.
• Track the generative AI landscape, including LLMs, AI agents, and related enterprise technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years of product management experience with ownership of product roadmaps and features across the full lifecycle.
• Experience with generative AI products, including LLMs, AI agents, or data-driven AI applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across engineering, design, leadership, and user communities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile development practices and product management tools.
• Technical fluency for discussing product implementation and technical trade-offs with engineering teams.
• Knowledge of emerging generative AI technologies, trends, and best practices for enterprise AI platforms and agent-based solutions.
