Operations Generalist

Location: London, United Kingdom; on-site four days a week at the Chancery Lane headquarters

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day operations, including tools, accounts, office logistics, and team coordination.
• Support go-to-market activities by researching target accounts, maintaining CRM data, and helping run dinners, roundtables, and events.
• Set up laptops, accounts, and tool access for new joiners while maintaining accurate access records.
• Process invoices and expenses, maintain records, and prepare evidence for audits and customer security reviews.
• Coordinate interviews, support visa sponsorship paperwork, and manage contracts, signatures, renewals, and key dates.
• Take on shifting priorities and introduce simple processes to make recurring work more efficient.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience from an internship, placement, startup, or first job.
• Self-starter who can work through ambiguity and determine what needs to be done with limited structure.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to switch between different types of work.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, energy, organization, and clear communication.
• Ability to work on-site in London four days per week.
