Proposal & Content Manager (Micromobility)

Location: Hybrid in Stockholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Own content planning, drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documentation for assigned public tenders.
• Research target cities, local requirements, and market context during the pre-tender phase.
• Develop persuasive responses for RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demonstrations, and presentations.
• Translate technical, legal, financial, and operational input into clear, accurate language.
• Adapt proposals for local markets and languages in collaboration with local teams and partners.
• Manage document versions, submission handovers, and Voi’s reusable tender content library.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in bid or tender writing, proposal management, or content development, ideally in public-sector or B2G environments.
• Experience owning content workstreams or bids from start to finish.
• Excellent written English; additional European-language writing skills are beneficial.
• Knowledge of public procurement processes, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across technical, legal, financial, and operational teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished documentation under deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience guiding, reviewing, or mentoring other writers.
• Background in micromobility, urban mobility, or transport.
• Familiarity with tender content libraries, knowledge management tools, or reusable proposal content.
