Senior Solution Consultant - Implementation (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Montreal, Quebec, or Alberta, Canada

What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global with enterprise systems including SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Shopify, and other cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
• Implement and customize hirify.global features to match customer environments and business requirements.
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate enterprise stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Deploy, configure, optimize, and enrich solutions that consolidate data and support key features, functionality, and plug-ins.
• Build user-friendly interfaces and implement JavaScript libraries within customer systems.
• Communicate with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and lead delivery activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue, and Angular.
• Experience navigating sophisticated technology stacks and B2B ecosystems.
• Professional consulting experience with a proven ability to work directly with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, project leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Montreal, Quebec, or Alberta, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale system integrations or cloud enterprise platforms.
• Background in search, commerce, or information architecture.
• Python, Node, or Java experience.
• Experience driving customer adoption through technical guidance.
