TL;DR
AI Consultant (Generative AI/NLP): Leading AI strategy engagements, maturity assessments, and transformation programmes for enterprise clients with an accent on business cases, ROI, and scalable AI solutions. Focus on designing AI roadmaps, advising senior stakeholders, and translating complex machine learning and generative AI concepts into business value.
Location: Hybrid roles open in Amsterdam, London, Manchester, and Rotterdam; office attendance is required 2–3 days per week depending on location. The role also offers the opportunity to work from abroad for up to 13 weeks per year.

What you will do
- Lead AI strategy engagements, discovery workshops, and maturity assessments for enterprise clients across EMEA.
- Define AI roadmaps and prioritised use-case portfolios based on business cases and ROI.
- Design data science and generative AI solutions with technical experts for complex business problems.
- Guide clients through AI transformation programmes from vision through implementation.
- Advise C-suite executives, IT product owners, and marketing leaders on AI adoption and organisational change.
- Bring emerging technology perspectives to client engagements and internal teams.
Requirements
- Experience in AI, data, or technology consulting, preferably within a consulting firm or digital agency.
- Strong experience working with enterprise clients, particularly across EMEA markets.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders from C-suite executives to IT product owners and marketing leaders.
- Ability to build business cases and communicate the ROI of AI initiatives.
- Understanding of AI transformation, change management, and enterprise implementation.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, NLP, and MLOps concepts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
