What you will do

• Own paid video creative for hirify.global Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions, and always-on activity.
• Concept, produce, edit, sound-design, and ship platform-native assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X.
• Use AI-generated and AI-assisted video production, maintain current tooling, and build repeatable workflows.
• Develop culturally timely concepts, experimental creative, and reusable creative pillars.
• Version and localize video across markets, languages, formats, and regulatory requirements.
• Interpret creative test results and collaborate with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Compliance, and regional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance video creative experience in a high-volume in-house team or performance agency.
• Portfolio featuring paid video, full video cuts, AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and tested concepts with results.
• Strong video skills from concept development through final sound-designed cuts.
• Advanced experience with generative AI video and image tools, plus platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with creative testing metrics including thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Ability to work quickly within regulatory constraints and write clear scripts and on-screen text.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, or another regulated category.
• Strong internet and meme culture awareness with comedic instincts.
