TL;DR
Engineering Team Lead (C#/.NET): Leading the Campaigns and Rewards team while developing engagement products for the iGaming industry with an accent on people management, software architecture, and modern backend development. Focus on mentoring engineers, delivering personalized campaigns and loyalty features, and solving application design challenges across AWS, Kubernetes, messaging, and distributed data systems.

What you will do

  • Lead the Campaigns and Rewards engineering team and take responsibility for team performance and delivery.
  • Mentor and coach developers, participate in recruitment and onboarding, conduct performance reviews, and support personal development planning.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Develop engagement products using modern software development practices.
  • Contribute to application architecture and solution design, technical decisions, improvements, and code reviews.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of software development experience.
  • Experience managing software engineering teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset and orientation toward business goals.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
