Backend Developer (L3 Application Support) with Italian (C#/.NET)

Salary: EUR 1850–3350 per month gross, depending on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Handle L3 ServiceNow tickets within defined SLAs and restore production services through workarounds and permanent fixes.
• Diagnose web and mobile application issues using Splunk logs, test-environment reproduction, code analysis, and integration analysis.
• Implement reviewed fixes through GitLab Merge Requests and CI quality gates, then coordinate QA validation and regression testing.
• Prepare CAB changes, including risk assessments and rollback plans, and support scheduled releases and hotfixes.
• Perform root-cause analysis for critical and recurring incidents and coordinate Major Incident resolution with project and delivery managers.
• Maintain technical documentation, the ServiceNow Knowledge Base, dependencies, and application versions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial development and maintenance experience with production web applications.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET, IIS, Windows Server, and Microsoft SQL Server skills, including T-SQL and query analysis.
• Experience with Git, GitLab Merge Requests, GitLab CI, basic Docker, and dependency management with NuGet or Maven.
• Knowledge of log-based troubleshooting, secure coding, and OWASP Top 10.
• Experience supporting applications under SLAs and working with incident and problem management; ITIL basics are required.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above and Italian at Intermediate level or above.
