Senior Associate Strategic Planning & Ops (Pharmaceutical)

Location: US - California - Thousand Oaks; Flex Commuter / Hybrid

Salary: $135,533 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and stock-based incentives.

What you will do

• Define project deliverables, milestones, tasks, risks, roadmaps, schedules, dashboards, and status reports with global cross-functional teams.
• Apply Agile principles, including Scrum and Kanban, across project management activities.
• Develop communication, stakeholder analysis, implementation, and sustainment plans.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions and action items, and track completion.
• Partner with CfOR leaders and global stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and improve organizational capabilities.
• Use Smartsheet automations, formulas, ChatGPT, and Copilot to improve efficiency and replace manual operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the offered role or a data-related occupation.
• Five years of experience with Agile project management, Scrum, Kanban, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Experience with pharmaceutical product lifecycle management, including early-stage development and commercialization, and project leadership in pharmaceutical or health industries.
• Experience synthesizing cross-functional information, understanding market dynamics across therapeutic areas, and collaborating with global partners.
• Experience with Miro, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Office 365, Python, and jQuery.
