What you will do

• Lead product and technology development projects.
• Act as R&D Coordinator and Technology Coordinator in accordance with Q-PEP.
• Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and provide functional leadership.
• Monitor project progress and ensure objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in physics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience managing development projects, ideally in a high-tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of product development and product realization processes.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders without direct disciplinary responsibility.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, with a minimum C1 level.
