About the Role

You will support brokerage customers with trade-related assistance through timely email and phone communication. You will manage customer trading activity, complete back-office processing, resolve trade breaks and commission discrepancies, perform end-of-day checks, and troubleshoot customer issues. You will coordinate with Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support while maintaining accuracy in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot client-side software and computer issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and work with proprietary trading software
• Organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work alternate shifts as needed
• Flexibility to work mid or overnight shifts, including holidays
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule with 10.5-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch
• Availability to support weekend coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage customer trading activity, including special bookings, allocations, FX trades, and daily operational tasks
• Perform back-office functions, including trade allocations, treasury processing, and trading platform setup
• Monitor and resolve trade breaks, commission discrepancies, and adjustments
• Complete end-of-day checks
• Assist with contract expiration monitoring and post-trade allocation support
• Collaborate with Risk Management, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Support
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in real time
• Support strategic projects and additional responsibilities as needed
• Maintain accuracy while multitasking in a high-pressure environment
