Employee Process Management (f/m/d)

Location: Hückelhoven, Germany; regular travel within the division to supervised plants is required.

What you will do

• Model, maintain, and develop business processes in SmartProcess in compliance with applicable standards.
• Develop, configure, and optimize automated workflows in SmartProcess.
• Analyze process interfaces, dependencies, and risks.
• Manage the business unit’s central document management system.
• Advise managers and process owners on continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate process generation and optimization workshops.
• Develop and establish key performance indicators for process management and control.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship plus an advanced qualification at DQR/EQR Level 6, such as a state-certified technician or bachelor’s degree in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Structured, meticulous, solution-oriented, and independent working style with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel regularly to supervised plants for process assessments, training, coordination, and audit support.
• Knowledge of BPMN, or willingness to learn BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Lean Management, Operational Excellence, or ISO certification.
