Workforce Health Consulting Intern

Location: Singapore; hybrid role with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Support workplace wellbeing programs from research and design through implementation and evaluation.
• Research workplace trends, synthesize insights, and contribute to evidence-informed program design.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support program delivery and gather feedback.
• Prepare presentations, communications, and employee engagement materials.
• Support participation tracking, outcome analysis, and other program measurement activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or graduating from a bachelor's degree program in a relevant field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize information and contribute to program design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Ability to commit to a 6–12 month internship with consistent engagement and reliability.
