Finance Officer - Revenue

Location: Taronga Zoo, Sydney, Australia; flexible hybrid work model with in-office and remote work

Salary: AUD 82,533 pro rata base salary per year, plus 12% superannuation; annual package of AUD 93,544 pro rata

What you will do

• Prepare and coordinate accurate customer invoices and distribute them on time.
• Distribute debtor statements and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Resolve payment issues and process customer refunds using multiple revenue systems.
• Manage the accounts receivable mailbox and provide timely, accurate customer responses.
• Follow customer service, workplace health and safety, compliance, and sustainability requirements.

Requirements

• Experience using revenue, point-of-sale, and accounting systems.
• Qualification in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Ability to work part time, four days per week at 0.8 FTE.
