Accounts Payable Specialist

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions for the Australian businesses.
• Process group invoices and provide first-line support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CAPEX processes and manage weekly payment runs for accounts payable and employee expenses.
• Maintain vendor records and respond to payment enquiries.
• Support compliance with GST, FBT, and Payroll Tax obligations.
• Improve finance processes and controls, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, and support month-end, year-end, and ad hoc assignments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to problem-solve and multitask in a fast-paced accounts payable environment.
• Strong attention to detail, high organisation skills, and a strong attitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite.
