Senior Category Manager, Home - Bedding UK/EU

Location: Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin with 4 days per week in the office

Base salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Bonus and equity may be available for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end merchandising for the Bedding category across the UK and EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking.
• Execute regional merchandising strategy with US Product Merchandising and international regional merchandising teams.
• Partner with Product, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to launch products while balancing inventory, quality, margin, and go-to-market execution.
• Analyze sales, returns, margin, ratings, and reviews to improve trading performance and product quality.
• Own pricing, assortment, product catalogue administration, merchandising reports, trackers, and pricing files.
• Build site merchandising strategy, improve product detail pages and customer journeys, and evaluate regional product compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Based in London, Madrid, or Berlin and available to work in the office 4 days per week.
• 8–10 years of retail buying or category management experience in Home Textiles or Bedding, with ownership of category performance.
• E-commerce and/or direct-to-consumer experience, with a track record of growth in responsibilities.
• Strong product awareness, commercial judgment, analytical skills, and experience using data for trading and merchandising decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing, or related teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, influencing, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with both startup and established blue-chip brands.
