Location: Wertheim, Germany; onsite vocational training and practical assignments across business areas.

What you will do

• Process business transactions and work with computer-based commercial systems.
• Prepare quotations and calculate costs and prices.
• Complete practical assignments in purchasing, scheduling, logistics, sales, marketing, finance and accounting, controlling, and human resources.
• Attend vocational-school subjects covering business administration, management and control, economics, German, English, and project skills.
• Develop presentation, rhetoric, telephone, customer-service, IT, and language skills through additional training.
• Work with experienced trainers who provide step-by-step preparation for post-training responsibilities.

Requirements

• Successful completion of secondary school or high school with good grades in German, English, and mathematics.
• Interest in business processes and contexts with an international outlook.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
• Initiative, responsibility, independence, teamwork, creativity, flexibility, willingness to learn, and good manners.
• Enjoyment of an international working environment.
