Operations Manager (m/f/d) - NRW (Hospitality Operations)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Greater Ruhr area or surrounding region, with locations in Duisburg, Dortmund, and Essen, Germany; occasional regional travel required.

What you will do

• Own daily operational performance across a multi-site property portfolio.
• Coordinate local teams, property managers, and external service providers through regular on-site visits.
• Monitor quality standards, KPIs, cost ratios, and P&L metrics to improve profitability.
• Support pre-opening and go-live phases, operational readiness, and property handovers.
• Manage supplier relationships across cleaning, laundry, maintenance, and related services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, Project Development, and Expansion stakeholders to improve scalability and guest experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, multi-site management, or hospitality.
• Strong process orientation and a data-driven approach using KPIs and SOPs.
• Professional communication and partnership-building skills with landlords, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, resilience, adaptability, and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
• German at C1 level and English at C1 level.
• Based in the Greater Ruhr area or surrounding region and able to travel regionally when required.
