Senior Product Manager, Agent Performance (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Base salary: $151,700–$242,300 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC; $144,100–$230,300 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Define how partner-agent performance is measured and set the product roadmap for performance evaluation.
• Shape how performance scoring affects buyer-agent matching across markets.
• Build reports, rankings, notifications, and AI-driven coaching experiences for agents.
• Develop tools that help team leaders manage agent performance at scale.
• Define success metrics, run experiments and agent research, and iterate based on user and business outcomes.
• Lead decisions involving fairness, transparency, regulatory considerations, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years managing products from concept to launch, or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills, including experiment design and hands-on work with data.
• Understanding of marketplace supply, demand, and matching dynamics.
• Experience owning a scoring, ranking, or marketplace-quality product whose outputs affect users.
• Ability to partner closely with data science and understand model behavior.
• Strong written communication and cross-functional decision-making skills.

• Experience in real estate, lending, or two-sided marketplaces.
