TL;DR
SAP Security Architect & Engineering Success Leader (SAP/SAP S/4HANA): Designing and improving secure, scalable, and compliant SAP access solutions for transformation programs and critical business applications with an accent on role architecture, access governance, and compliance. Focus on leading SAP security workstreams, strengthening Segregation of Duties controls, and applying automation, analytics, and AI to improve security operations.
Location: Manila Net Park Office, Manila, Philippines

What you will do
- Architect, design, and improve SAP security solutions, roles, authorizations, and access governance concepts.
- Oversee the SAP role lifecycle, entitlement management, access reviews, and role quality across SAP systems.
- Configure and maintain SAP security controls and monitoring capabilities while supporting Segregation of Duties, audits, and compliance.
- Collaborate with business process experts, product owners, SAP teams, and security partners to resolve incidents and deliver secure solutions.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation, supply chain, financial platform, upgrade, and security improvement programs.
- Lead workstreams and improve security processes through automation, analytics, AI, and modern technologies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience working with SAP, including recent assignments in the SAP space.
- Experience with SAP systems, SAP Security concepts, roles, authorizations, and access management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, execution, and ownership skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to business audiences and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
- Availability to work from the Manila Net Park office in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to have
- Hands-on SAP Security experience in a large enterprise environment, including SAP GRC Access Control and SAP S/4HANA security.
- Experience with SAP projects, upgrades, transformation programs, governance, compliance, audit, or risk management.
- CISSP, CISM, CISA, or SAP Security certification.
- Experience with data analytics, automation, AI solutions, project or workstream leadership, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
