IAM Governance Lead - AI

What you will do

• Identify IAM governance activities suitable for AI, workflow automation, scripting, and analytics.
• Design, test, and operationalize AI-enabled solutions for access request triage, entitlement analysis, certification support, policy interpretation, control monitoring, and evidence preparation.
• Build dashboards, reports, and analytical views covering access risk, certification progress, control performance, exceptions, inactive identities, and remediation.
• Support identity lifecycle, access request, access certification, role, entitlement, segregation-of-duties, and access review processes.
• Partner with IAM engineering, application, security, risk, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders.
• Create playbooks, training materials, demonstrations, and knowledge articles to support adoption across Identity Governance.

Requirements

• Experience with identity governance, access management, identity lifecycle, access certifications, roles, entitlements, or segregation of duties.
• Ability to design and integrate AI and automation solutions with IAM platforms, ticketing tools, reporting platforms, and enterprise data sources.
• Experience with IAM analytics, dashboards, control monitoring, anomaly identification, and remediation tracking.
• Understanding of security policies, privacy requirements, audit expectations, least privilege, and responsible AI controls.
• Ability to document data flows, control points, decision logic, technical configurations, and operational procedures.
