Senior Security Consultant - L3 (Microsoft Security)

What you will do

• Advise customers on cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, and Microsoft security best practices.
• Assess customer environments, identify security gaps and risks, and develop practical recommendations.
• Design and implement Microsoft security solutions across identity, security operations, endpoint, data protection, compliance, and cloud security.
• Conduct workshops, technical assessments, security reviews, risk assessments, and solution design engagements.
• Support threat detection, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security improvement initiatives.
• Create documentation, reports, policies, procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Requirements

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, security operations, or customer-facing security roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 Security.
• Ability to assess security requirements and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Experience delivering security assessments, workshops, technical presentations, implementations, or advisory engagements.
• Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
