About the Role

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify and prioritize business-focused AI use cases
- Develop AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Maintain use-case portfolios, decision criteria, success measures, and adoption plans
- Build trusted relationships with executive and technical customer stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery, implementation, enablement, security, product, partner, and specialist support
- Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
- Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
